Name Meaning: "The fire of Heaven" (Hawaiian)
Sex: Female
Breed: God x Phoenix
Orientation: Pansexual.
Age: Adult, immortal. Appears to be 18 to 21 years old in human years.
Birthdate: February 22nd.
Mate: None
Children: None
Personality: Brash, Blunt, Fearless, Cynical, Short Tempered, and fiercely loyal. Tends to be rather ill tempered, much like her father, until placated.
Brief History: Born in a set of twin girls to Caspian, a God of the North who controls snow and ice, and to Newgit, a phoenix unicorn mare. She and her twin sister, Hintonya, were brought into the world under rather bleak circumstances. Their parents, driven apart by time and distance, had hoped to rekindle their love. Unsuccessful, the two adults split amicably; each adult took a daughter with them to raise. Keahilani was raised by her father, while Hintonya was raised by Newgit.
But being raised by Caspian proved to be more problems than was expected. Upon reaching maturity, Keahilani fought against Caspian's oppressive control. She went as far as to hack off her long mane and tail, denouncing the icy God as her father, and fled. She sought refuge on a small tropical island called Hunakai. There she befriended the island's keeper, a green stallion named Akeakamai, who helped her learn to control her anger...for the most part. Hurt that the stallion chose to stay on the island rather than travel with her, she has done nothing but travel since her departure from Hunakai Island.
Additional Information:
- Is a goddess, in which her reigning power is of fire
- Can breathe fire, bend it to her will, create it, etc.
- Can manifest floating balls of fire that orbit around her if she is bored or wishes to protect herself.
- Can transport herself with a whirlwind of fire
- Can create a "shell" of fire around herself for protective or to isolate herself from others
- When truly angry, or hurt, her entire body sets itself on fire; her mane and tail turn into flames, as do her eyes.
